How to Run a Seamless, Efficient and Innovative International Arbitration

WAW’s panel on the role of Arbitration Specialists, Paralegals and Legal Assistants in International Arbitration will discuss their dynamic and evolving responsibilities considering the post-COVID-19 environment. The transition towards hybrid models combining virtual hearings and occasional in-person meetings has led to the development of new skills needed by legal assistants and paralegals that include technological and logistical knowledge. More specifically, this panel will address: What are the key functions of a paralegal in today’s virtual arbitration? What are the essential roles they may play in an arbitration to run efficiently?
